JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Close appointments and arrange it on behalf of the client
  •  Set up a calendar invite for the client and their prospect
  • Send emails whenever possible
  • Must know how to use Hubspot
  • Updates all contact information for clients whenever possible
  • Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Good work attitude
  • Experience in supporting senior-level management.
  • Knowledge in Excel spreadsheets using pivot tables.
  • Knowledge in other data management software is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, friendly, and cheerful voice.
  • Must have a good internet connection.
  • Must have a working device/equipment.
