Close appointments and arrange it on behalf of the client
Set up a calendar invite for the client and their prospect
Send emails whenever possible
Must know how to use Hubspot
Updates all contact information for clients whenever possible
Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents
Good work attitude
Experience in supporting senior-level management.
Knowledge in Excel spreadsheets using pivot tables.
Knowledge in other data management software is a plus but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, friendly, and cheerful voice.
Must have a good internet connection.
Must have a working device/equipment.
