JOB DESCRIPTION
  • He/she will do a broad variety of administrative tasks including managing client’s data record in Mercury CRM, Creates Borrowing Capacity, Product Comparison and Funding Position, Creates Statement of advice for Risk Insurance, etc.
  • Does research whenever your client needs information on a specific matter.
  • Assist with special projects or tasks whenever requested or needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality of information and documentation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Knowledge in Connective or their Mercury platform is a MUST
  • At least a year of proven experience as an executive assistant or virtual assistant.
  • Must have a good command of the English language
  • Good work ethics
  • Keen to details and well-organized
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Preferably with Diploma in Business Studies/Management or equivalent.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other systems or tools for tracking
