He/she will do a broad variety of administrative tasks including managing client’s data record in Mercury CRM, Creates Borrowing Capacity, Product Comparison and Funding Position, Creates Statement of advice for Risk Insurance, etc.
Does research whenever your client needs information on a specific matter.
Assist with special projects or tasks whenever requested or needed.
Ensure confidentiality of information and documentation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge in Connective or their Mercury platform is a MUST
At least a year of proven experience as an executive assistant or virtual assistant.
Must have a good command of the English language
Good work ethics
Keen to details and well-organized
Able to work under pressure
Preferably with Diploma in Business Studies/Management or equivalent.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other systems or tools for tracking
