Operational Support Specialist

We are seeking an Operational Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in email writing, and the ability to produce reports for management using tools such as dashboards. The role will also involve conducting user research and testing to ensure programs are functioning optimally for our customers.



  • Triaging escalation inbox and escalating priority issues to the Australian team
  • Recording bugs and fixes, and following up with vendors
  • Conducting regular user testing to ensure programs meet customer expectations
  • Building monthly reports and managing partner reporting
  • Coordinating with partners to gather insights and feedback
  • Updating training materials and creating how-to guides for new software
  • Researching competitors and partner platforms
  • Assisting with lead generation for potential partners
  • Providing basic competitor analysis for reporting purposes



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Experience in email writing and producing reports for management
  • Strong user research and testing capabilities
